All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We currently ship to mainland UK only.
-Standard Shipping: £2.99–£9.99
Delivery in 2–4 working days after dispatch.
-Express Shipping: £4.99–£10.99
Delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders over £100 receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders must follow our returns process.

Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us via Instagram DM or email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are subject to approval.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty.
